Puppy comes with an AKC (American Kennel Club) registration application for registration. Your puppy has received its first immunization series and 2,4,6,8-week worming. You will continue your immunization program with the Vet of choice.

 For the Health guarantee to be in effect, you need to take your puppy to your vet within two weeks of the purchase date.

Health Guarantee: I guarantee your puppy’s health for one year against genetic defects considered to be life threatening. Your puppy is clear for CEA, CN, PRA, and DM. Your puppy is normal/mutant for MDR1. If he or she is found to have a genetic defect, congenital or life-threatening,. I will replace your puppy with another from a future litter. At no time is the seller responsible for the veterinary bill after the dog is purchased.

If, for any reason, you cannot keep your collie, you can return your collie to me.. I never ever want to see one of my collies in a shelter.

Payment is due in full at the time you purchase your puppy. The buyer agrees to have a fenced-in yard or puppy on a leash when out, puppy will have proper amounts of exercise and good nutritious food and veterinary care with appropriate vaccinations for the lifetime of this puppy.
